Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Program ManagementStrong writtenExperience supporting DoDFlexible Time Off (FTO)

Three (3+) or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning within aerospace, defense, or other technically complex environments, supporting diverse program types.
Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
Deep knowledge of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project (enterprise scheduling tool) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing program leadership.
Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types, lifecycle phases, and reporting requirements.

Experience supporting DoD, NASA, or government aerospace programs with full EVM and IBR participation.
Experience integrating MS Project with cost and performance tools (e.g., Cobra, wInsight, EVMS for Project, or internal dashboards).
Experience tailoring scheduling practices for commercial programs and agile development environments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs.
Ability to assess and improve existing planning processes and tools.
The good faith base salary range for this role is $XX,000–$XY,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
