Strategic Account Manager, Health Systems

Required

• Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related degree.
• Minimum five years of experience in strategic account management, partner growth, or relationship management, specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Specific experience navigating the complexities of large healthcare organizations (such as health systems or large medical groups).
• Specialized knowledge and deep understanding of referral workflows and care coordination processes within healthcare settings.
• Proven track record of growing accounts, driving value, and increasing referral volume within existing relationships.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the proven ability to turn data into a compelling and actionable value narrative for partners.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills: written, verbal, and analytical.
• Ability to work remotely and travel to the corporate office, partner visits, and industry conferences as needed.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to lean into new tools, including AI, to drive efficiency and optimize outcomes.
