BoschGroup BoschGroup is hiring a Point Leader for the 2nd shift to support warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in a high-volume environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with procedures, resource management, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Ensure standard procedures are followed in all warehouse activities
Work with Supervisor to ensure associates have the resources in place to deliver against required service levels efficiently and effectively
Participate in performance improvement activities
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Required

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
1+ Years of experience in Warehouse environment
1+ Years of experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook

SAP Logistics execution experience
Forklift or pallet jack experience
Experience in Automotive Industry
Experience in leading small teams
English / Spanish bilingual
