Chief of Staff

• We're looking for a strategic, resourceful, and highly capable Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team as Reframe enters its next phase of growth.
• This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You'll help shape company priorities, drive important initiatives, and tackle complex challenges that span teams or don't have a natural owner.
• You'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while taking direct ownership of projects and business outcomes that contribute to Reframe's success.
• The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
• Experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, general management, or a related leadership role.
• Strong business judgment, analytical capabilities, and commercial instincts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
