Global Account Operations Manager

Required

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with a high bar for written materials, presentation design and storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, dashboards and metrics to generate insights. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A track record of building or redesigning processes so they become simpler, more scalable and measurably more effective.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and working with globally distributed teams.
• A solution-oriented builder mindset, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to take on stretch challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
