Communications Associate

Required

• Master’s Degree required
• Master’s Degree with a focus on public health or international development preferred
• At least 10 years of professional experience in public health/healthcare in positions of increasing responsibility. At least 2-3 of those years must have been directing a team or multiple projects or a function and at least 4 of those years being in a job with similar requirements at a substantially equal organization required
• International experience, 12-14 years of professional experience, 5-7 of those years including managing people and program oversight preferred
• Specialized Knowledge and Skills Needed for Performance of Job:
• Proven track record of connecting partnership strategy and development with real world impact
• Expertise in program development and execution; Experience in developing and managing partnerships and multi-stakeholder engagement strategies
• Deep knowledge of health systems strengthening, health financing, and global development/social impact landscape, with insight into key stakeholders, policy, and trends
• Strong leadership presence with an ability to engage senior technical leaders and executives across sectors, and lead large meetings, and represent the Clinton Foundation in front of various stakeholders
• Experience in fundraising or sponsorship cultivation and/or creating corporate engagement models and investment plans a plus
