Sila HVAC Install Apprentice at New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning assisting experienced installers with heating and cooling equipment installation. The role involves hands-on learning and supporting job site preparation and safety.
Responsibilities
Help experienced installers set up and install heating and cooling equipment.
Assist with carrying, loading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
Learn how to install ductwork and other HVAC components.
Help prepare job sites and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow instructions and learn proper tool use and safety procedures.
Work alongside teammates to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.
Treat customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism.
Ask questions, accept feedback, and build your skills through hands-on experience.
Help maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
Take on additional tasks as you learn and grow in the role.
