What you’ll bring

Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience. You have built clusters with kubeadm (not just managed services), configured RBAC and certificate-based user access, and debugged failing workloads, networking, and control-plane issues. CKA certification is strongly preferred; CKAD is a plus.

Experience with cert-manager and TLS certificate management, Helm, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)

Demonstrable experience with the following security principles and technologies: SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC

Linux administration skills

Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus)

8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles

Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with the tenacity to identify and resolve technical issues as they arise

Outstanding soft skills and excellent verbal and written communication

Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously

Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
