Arceus The Founding Account Executive at Arceus will work closely with the Founder & CEO to own go-to-market efforts, close deals, and build a repeatable sales engine. This role offers a clear path to leadership with opportunities to coach reps and eventually lead the sales organization.

Responsibilities

You’ll work side by side with the Founder & CEO to own GTM, close deals, experiment with new channels, and build a repeatable sales engine.

Founding Account Executive: Become an exceptional individual contributor and help build our sales playbook.
Sales Player-Coach: Continue closing while coaching reps and earning team commission. This opportunity can begin as early as your first quarter if you exceed your goals.
Head of Sales: Build and lead the sales organization as we scale toward $100M in revenue.
