• You are a full-stack content create. You write, capture, edit, design, and publish content without needing support from others. You have a few years of experience and operate like a true owner: ambitious, curious, resilient, and relentless about getting things done.
• You write thoughtful content that generates demand
• You can make a clean graphic or carousel in Figma, Canva, or ChatGPT
• You can shoot decent video on a phone and cut it in CapCut, Premiere, or Descript
• You are online and understand what's performing on LinkedIn and X each week
• You can hold three voices in your head at once and write convincingly in each
• You are comfortable measuring your own work and killing what isn't performing
• You take complete ownership of outcomes and find a way to deliver
• You are exceptionally organized and strong at coordinating and planning
• You take on challenges far outside your comfort zone
• You hold yourself to an exceptionally high standard and expect to keep raising it
• You want to build one of the most exceptional content engines ever created
