Whop Head of Payment Relations at Whop manages relationships with payment partners and monitors payment risk metrics to maintain compliance and reduce disputes. The role involves strategic oversight of payment partner interactions and collaboration with compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Every dollar our users earn moves through Whop’s payment partners. As Head of Payment Relations, you’ll own those relationships end to end and turn them into a strategic advantage.
- Own relationships with our payment partners and run weekly check-ins with each of them
- Monitor dispute and chargeback rates, card network program exposure, reserves and fines across partners, and spot problems before they escalate
- Work closely with our Head of Compliance to flag and resolve compliance issues quickly

Required
- Experience in account management, partner management or payments risk at a PSP, acquirer or high-volume merchant or platform
