Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, program finance, federal contracting finance, or related disciplines
Experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and project-level financial reporting
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP principles and federal compliance considerations
Strong analytical ability with demonstrated experience interpreting financial data and communicating insights
Proficiency in financial tools (Excel or equivalent analytic tools).
Ability to collaborate with delivery teams and communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting federal government contracts or federally funded programs
Experience with working capital management, billing processes, or accruals
Exposure to ERP or financial systems used in program finance environments
Experience contributing to process improvements or financial operations enhancements
Prior advisory experience supporting project managers or operational leaders
