Senior Sales Analyst, Incentive Compensation - Immunology

Required

• 2-4 years of previous work experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or analytics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-diagnostic skills, complemented by sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical sales data sources.
• Ability to connect detailed analysis to the broader business context.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
• Knowledge of field sales activities, roles, and behaviors preferred.
• Experience organizing unstructured data in Excel to develop insights and reports.
• Experience communicating and presenting to colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Strong time-management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate finance and financial analysis.
• Strong project-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet timelines.
