Kins Physical Therapist role providing outpatient care through in-home and virtual sessions. Responsible for evaluating patients, creating care plans, and documenting treatments in EMR.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
Document all treatments in our EMR
Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed
