AbbVie ServiceNow Enterprise Integration Delivery Lead at AbbVie managing a team responsible for ServiceNow integration delivery and platform health. Owns integration standards, delivery execution, and platform stability.
Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Understand organization's vision, goals, and strategies. Align department priorities appropriately, determine critical success factors, and evaluate and pursue initiatives based on fit with strategies.
Champion change and innovation. Stimulate creativity and innovation in others, remain open to new ideas, and support those who initiate change and take risks.
Anticipate and recommend technical solutions to business problems. Accountable for effectiveness of ServiceNow integration solutions relative to business requirements, enterprise architecture and integration standards, security, and scalability.
Own delivery execution across the ServiceNow integration POD, including intake, sprint readiness, estimation, delivery commitments, cross-system dependencies, impediments, and team capacity.
Define and govern enterprise integration standards for ServiceNow, including reusable patterns and templates, API design, authentication, and security (e.g., OAuth, mTLS, MID Server), error handling, logging, and monitoring, to accelerate onboarding of new integrations and reduce custom point-to-point builds.
Drive rationalization and migration of legacy and custom integrations to the enterprise API platform, building a scalable, repeatable integration delivery model.
Oversee ServiceNow release planning, upgrades, patching, and instance health, including integration regression testing and rollback readiness; govern scope, DevOps controls, defects, technical debt, and risk to limit customization sprawl and protect platform stability.
Make delivery performance visible through velocity, burn-down, capacity, quality, integration-health (throughput, error rates, SLA adherence), platform-health and license-consumption metrics; drive corrective action where needed.
Negotiate, secure, and oversee resources required to meet daily operational and delivery demands.
Oversea and control department budgets, project capital/RCE expenditures and ROI; develop, monitor, and meet expense and recovery plans, and continuously seek cost reductions and cost avoidance.
Responsible for all aspects of people leadership, including setting expectations, coaching, counseling, development, evaluation, feedback, hiring, discipline, and separations; determine the necessary mix of skills.
Qualification
Working knowledge of Agile delivery
Preferred
Working knowledge of Agile delivery, release management, DevOps, estimation, capacity planning, and quality metrics; ServiceNow integration delivery experience (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, middleware, or enterprise API platforms.
