Senior Brand Designer

Required

• 7+ years of design experience and a portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking paired with meticulous execution
• Experience on the agency side, the brand side, or both
• A history of leading complex projects from problem framing to final delivery, with little oversight
• Experience building, extending, or governing brand systems and libraries
• Expert-level typography, layout, and hierarchy, with the ability to make complex content readable and visually clear
• An obsession with craft, even on tight timelines. You know attention to detail is the job, not a bonus
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into your creative and production workflow, and a point of view on where they help and where they don’t
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Slides, and Keynote
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including managing feedback and competing priorities through to resolution
• Experience mentoring or informally leading other designers
• A proactive, resilient mindset. You surface issues before they become problems, communicate status clearly, and take ownership of your work
• For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
