Capital Markets Manager

Preferred

• Experience in capital markets within a fintech or financial institution.
• Knowledge of consumer lending, structured finance, or asset-backed securities markets.
• MBA, CFA, or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another analytical field.
• Skilled in deriving insights from complex datasets using Looker, SQL, Bloomberg, Intex, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with institutional investors, banks, and financing partners
• Time zone requirements The team operates flexibly between East coast and West coast time zones.
• In-Office requirements. You will be required to work from the New York, NY or Burlingame, CA office once to three times weekly.
• Travel requirements As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. The majority of our employees can live and work anywhere in the U.S but are encouraged to to still spend high quality time in-person collaborating via regular onsites. The in-person sessions’ cadence varies depending on the team and role; most teams meet once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days at a time.
