Responsibilities
- Build and own the go-to-market motion for the DACH region at an early-stage HR technology company focused on recruiting automation. You will work closely with the founding team and lead the full sales cycle with staffing agencies and temporary employment firms.
- Manage sales from prospecting and outreach through product demos, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH market.
- Build expertise in staffing and recruiting to shape customer positioning and messaging.
- Share customer feedback with the founding team to improve product-market fit and the sales approach.
Qualification
Cold-calling and closing experience
Required
- Three to six years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting to closing.
- Cold-calling and closing experience, with a phone-first sales approach.
- Native or C2-level German fluency and the ability to sell effectively to DACH clients.
- Experience selling HR technology or recruiting software, ideally to staffing agencies or temporary employment firms in the DACH region.
- A business school background or equivalent commercial training.
- A self-directed approach and comfort building a sales motion from the ground up.
