Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven professional to support our organization’s operations and growth. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative skills, and a commitment to driving excellence in a dynamic environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects spanning autonomy, aviation, defense, and AI-driven technologies.
Lead and participate in projects supporting Shield AI’s mission and business objectives
Coordinate across disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
Develop solutions to technical and organizational challenges, partnering with internal and external stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced setting
Support and streamline workflow processes to enhance organizational efficiency

Required

Relevant professional experience with a track record of success (level dependent on specific opening)
