Video + custom visual content production: Manage assigned video and custom web destination programs from kickoff through delivery.

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and handoffs across internal creative teams, external partners and client-facing teams.

Keep projects moving by proactively identifying dependencies, following up on outstanding needs and escalating risks when necessary.

Client Success partnership: Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success on assigned programs.

Provide clear guidance on production requirements, timelines, deliverables and next steps.

Maintain consistent visibility into project status so client-facing teams can communicate confidently with advertisers.

Help translate client needs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for production partners.

Cross-functional coordination: Connect the people and inputs required to successfully execute custom programs.

Partner closely with video, design and written leadership.

Coordinate internal and external production resources and ensure teams have the information, assets and approvals needed to deliver.

Launch readiness + quality control: Help ensure programs meet agreed-upon requirements and are ready to launch.

Track key milestones, approvals and dependencies throughout production.
