Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Direct your SE team to achieve strategic and operational objectives across net-new logo and expansion business. You will focus on de-risking the technical sales cycle, increasing win rates on large deals, and shortening time to technical win without cutting corners on rigor.
Talent Development: Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing team of senior SEs. You will lead career development planning, performance coaching, and pay discussions, and build the next generation of Boomi leaders.
Sales Cycle Management: Partner with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and Enterprise Sellers on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal-level risk. You will give your team clear guidance for complex scenarios like competitive displacement, multi-stakeholder buying groups, security and architecture reviews, and procurement.
Strategic Deal & POC Leadership: Step directly into strategic deals as an executive sponsor and technical leader. You will own the design, scoping, and success criteria of proofs of concept and technical validations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the primary interface between the Enterprise team and our specialized “Majors” technical teams (AI, API, Platform, etc.), so deep-dive resources are deployed where they matter most. You will also work with Partners, SIs, Product, and Services to line up solutions with long-term customer outcomes.
Communication & Influence: Bridge your team and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will gather field feedback and turn it into clear, influential communication that drives change across the organization.
Process & Enablement: Design repeatable programs for onboarding, enablement, and standardization that scale the team without adding headcount.
Modern Tooling & Coaching: Use Gong for call coaching and team upleveling, and Consensus for a library of automated demos and customer-facing assets.
The Experience You Bring
Leadership Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience (managing people or leading high-impact project teams), ideally in an enterprise sales or presales environment.
Presales Expertise: Strong command of enterprise sales and presales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC, Value Selling) and experience supporting complex, multi-threaded deal cycles.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to connect complex technical capabilities across the Boomi pillars (iPaaS, API Management, AI, Data Management, Platform Engineering) to business value and ROI for large, hybrid, multi-cloud environments.
