Pingidentity The Sales Development Representative at Ping Identity is responsible for generating qualified sales leads and setting up discovery calls within assigned territories. The role requires fluency in French and English and focuses on pipeline development through research, outreach, and CRM management.

Responsibilities

Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities
Achieve key metrics for sales growth monthly and quarterly
Identify prospective companies as potential customers based on assigned territory or vertical
Perform research on companies using web and other research tools
Navigate through organizations to obtain necessary information
Build and maintain alignment and positive partnerships with Sales and Marketing
Leverage opportunities to learn the market and business
Work with mentors to set personal goals
Ensure use and data integrity of Salesforce (CRM) and Sales Engagement Tool

Required

Previous experience managing prospects and pipeline via CRM
REQUIRED FLUENCY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND FRENCH
Previous SaaS sales experience
Self-starter mentality with a well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
Confident engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone
Experience converting an initial No into a qualified sales call
Exceptional communication and social media skills are necessary to create multiple access points into the market and prospect accounts
Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of the IAM market and Ping Identity’s solutions

$71,000 - $98,150 CAD OTE
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
