Responsibilities

As National Partner Account Manager, reporting to the Director - Data Center and Reseller Development, the National Partner Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing revenue through Megaport’s strategic reseller partner program across North America. This role acts as a key partner overlay, working closely with partner organizations and internal Megaport sales teams to drive joint sales opportunities, increase partner engagement, and expand Megaport’s market reach. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with reseller partners, including their sales, product, and marketing teams, to develop go-to-market strategies and joint initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. This role also plays a critical part in onboarding new reseller partners and progressing existing partners through Megaport’s partner engagement framework to maximize long-term success.
