Lance The Executive Assistant at Lance supports the CEO and leadership team by managing day-to-day execution including meetings, travel, events, expenses, and cross-functional projects. This role enables leadership to focus on customers and growth.

Responsibilities

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. You'll handle the day-to-day execution that keeps the company moving, so leadership can stay focused on customers and growth.
Coordinate meetings and travel. Set up customer, investor and internal meetings, and book travel that just works.
Help run events. Support conferences, customer dinners and team events from planning to day-of.
Handle expenses and vendors. Track receipts, keep records clean, and coordinate with vendors on scheduling and follow-ups.
Support new hires. Coordinate onboarding logistics so new teammates are set up from day one.
Support operations and admin. Help keep the systems and policies running behind a fast-growing company.
Support legal and compliance. Help manage contracts and agreements, and support our SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA and PCI work.
Support finance. Help with billing, payables, bookkeeping and insurance alongside our outside partners.
Automate the busywork. Use AI to turn repetitive admin into faster, repeatable processes.
Support cross-functional projects. Help on special projects across the company and fill gaps where needed.
