Genius AI Senior Product Manager responsible for end-to-end product execution of AI-native experiences and agentic teammates. Shapes roadmap, ships fast, and aligns cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
AI is at the heart of everything we build. More than 130,000 service businesses count on us to keep their day-to-day operations running, and our AI teammates, including Reception, are already doing meaningful work for them. Now we’re moving into new territory: reaching new markets, building smarter teammates, and finding better ways to help customers grow and stay with us. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take on one of these opportunities and make it their own. You’ll join a deliberately small product team, where everyone takes on broad ownership, and AI shapes how we research, prototype, and ship. Decisions happen in days, not quarters. You won’t inherit a playbook, you’ll write one.
Own end-to-end product execution from zero to one, taking new ideas from concept to launch with urgency and precision
Design and ship AI-native experiences, including agentic teammates that do real work for customers, and define what “agentic” means in your part of the product
Shape the roadmap with bold, well-reasoned bets grounded in market insight, customer needs, and business impact
Ship fast and correct fast: iterate on a weekly cadence, analyze results, and pivot based on what the data tells you
Go deep on the market, the competition, and customer pain points so Genius AI stays ahead as we move into new categories and customer segments
Align Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics around ambitious goals and keep them moving at high velocity
Build systems, not just features, using AI to automate research synthesis, analysis, and delivery so your impact scales beyond your own capacity
Tell the story of where we’re going by communicating strategy, priorities, and learnings clearly to everyone from execs to frontline teams
