Work with cross-functional teams to solve customers problems.
Create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and are extremely easy to use.
Own and drive the entire design process for your area: be the advocate for the user, responsible for the journey from first sketch to shipped feature, and then for monitoring its performance and iterating.
Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions.
Iterate on exciting solutions based on received feedback and data.
Keep up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and practices.
Actively collaborate with the design guild to improve our existing design systems and design processes.
Be autonomous and proactive. You’re going to be taking full ownership and responsibility for your work.
Provide and get actionable feedback from teammates.
