Gather, document and refine requirements for the product features; aggregate and enrich feature requests into viable requirements.
Research product market and interview SMEs to gather insights and draft product roadmap collateral with acquired data.
Help run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
Manage and facilitate the defect triage process between product, support and engineering.
Track adoption of features and product utilization
