Headway Head of Strategy & Operations, Office of the COO at Headway responsible for running core operating processes and driving company execution. Acts as the COO’s right hand to ensure clarity and accountability in decision-making and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own key company operating processes including planning, OKRs, and operating cadences
Keep operating processes lightweight and automate non-human judgment tasks
Own the weekly company OKR review and follow up on issues with diagnosis and recommendations
Manage the decision queue as the first stop for COO decisions, making calls within agreed rights
Bring decisions to COO with options, recommendations, and deadlines
