Retail Planning Analyst

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate or operations finance, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets, structure ambiguous problems, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial and operational insights to non-financial audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability, initiative, and sound judgment when responding to evolving business needs.
• The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
