• Governance, Adoption, and Measurement
• Establish governance standards for GTM AI, including use-case checklists, approval processes, documentation, and a trusted source of truth for active and planned use cases.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, seller productivity, workflow effectiveness, and business impact.
• Continuously improve products based on usage data, seller feedback, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure AI experiences are trusted, secure, reliable, and integrated into sellers’ existing workflows.
• Build repeatable approaches to experimentation, launch, adoption, and value measurement that accelerate future GTM AI initiatives.
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
• 5+ years of experience in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product or platform.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity through product management, AI, workflow automation, or systems integration, ideally within a B2B SaaS sales organization.
• Understanding of CUJ and JTBD frameworks, with the ability to apply them to seller workflows and productivity challenges.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-driven workflows, automations, or system integrations not just using AI-enabled tools.
