As we scale, keeping that culture strong gets harder and matters more. That's where you come in.

This is a high-visibility role with real impact. You'll own our San Francisco headquarters end to end and work closely with leadership, Recruiting and IT to make sure the office keeps up with a fast-growing company, and helps lead it. As we add space, people and new locations, you'll build the systems behind it. You'll use AI to clear the busywork, so your time goes to the moments people remember.

OFFICE OPERATIONS

Run day-to-day operations of our SF headquarters, including supplies, equipment, furniture, mail and packages, and building access

Run our lunch and snack programs end to end: menus, headcounts, delivery schedules and vendor performance

Manage office spend against budget, invoices and expense tracking

Run regular facilities audits to keep the space well maintained, fully stocked and ready for clients and candidates

OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS

Own all office communications, so the team always knows what's changing, when and why

Give the team clear ways to share feedback, and act on what you hear
