Divergent Staff Structures Engineer leads complex structural engineering projects and supports technical execution across multiple aerospace programs. Serves as a domain expert and mentors junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead structural design and analysis activities.
Create and manage CAD models, FE models, and BOMs.
Perform advanced structural analysis, optimization, and validation.
Support manufacturing, testing, and prototype build activities.
Drive root cause investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical development.

Required

BS/MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
8+ years of structural engineering experience.
Strong CAD and FEA experience.
Experience with aerospace loads, lightweight structures, and advanced materials.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
