We're in build mode across the Americas. You won't be inheriting a tidy territory and a playbook to follow - you'll be sourcing your own pipeline, shaping how we win enterprise deals in the most competitive tech market there is, and helping define what excellence looks like for our US go-to-market. If you're an entrepreneurial seller who wants a product that genuinely sells itself once the right people see it, this is the seat.

Absolute ownership of building and sourcing sustainable pipeline coverage across your Bay Area territory.

Running complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals from first conversation to close, with confident, accurate forecasting to plan.

Conducting Opportunity Assessments to focus on viable, high-quality opportunities.

Leading Value Discovery to align Cast AI with each client's needs, and demonstrating the unique value of the platform effectively.

Mapping, navigating, and aligning key stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Finance, and Procurement.

Ensuring Value Delivery through careful implementation and measurement of results, alongside Customer Success.
