Distro Sales Development Representative at Extrity Services responsible for generating new business, managing prospect pipelines, and supporting bid opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia market. Role combines field sales, business development, account management, and proposal coordination.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person visits with businesses and organizations
Introduce prospective clients to security staffing and consulting solutions
Identify client needs and uncover partnership opportunities
Schedule meetings, consultations, and site visits
Generate qualified leads through networking and outreach
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
Track opportunities through the sales cycle
Research and identify public and private sector bid opportunities
Collaborate on proposal preparation and submission
Coordinate bid submission activities and ensure compliance

Qualification

High School Diploma or GED required1-3 years experience in salesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

1-3 years experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, staffing, security services, hospitality, or related client-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage with business owners and decision-makers
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements Frequent local travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Ability to drive and travel between client locations regularly. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout customer facilities for extended periods. Ability to use a computer, tablet, and mobile devices for documentation and communication. Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
