Position: Client Growth Consultant
Position Summary: The Client Growth Consultant is focused on cross-selling products and services to the existing Vensure client base. By driving additional sales, this role increases client satisfaction, value, and retention while generating greater revenue and profitability for Vensure. At Vensure Employer Services, the Client Growth Sales Division is an essential part of the sales team, helping drive unprecedented revenue growth. Focused on increasing client lifetime value, these self-motivated and hardworking professionals play a pivotal role by leveraging Vensure's portfolio of products and services to solve clients' critical business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell a defined portfolio of products and services to the existing Vensure client base.
Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Client Relations team.
Execute strategies to gain access to key stakeholders within Vensure client accounts.
Identify critical business needs and create compelling business cases for each opportunity.
Create and communicate the value of Vensure's products and services to effectively address clients' changing needs and challenges.
Own and lead deals through the full sales cycle, from inception to close, including post-sale implementation.
Negotiate service scope and pricing and complete all required contracts and documentation.
Invest in ongoing education to become a subject matter expert by staying current on industry trends, product capabilities, best practices, vertical market nuances, competitors, and more.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2–3+ years of sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently required to talk and hear.
