Product Manager, Case Execution

Required

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in product management, strategy and operations, business operations, or a similarly analytical role with meaningful ownership of cross-functional initiatives
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently query data, investigate unfamiliar tables, validate findings, and use analysis to inform decisions
• Experience taking a complex, ambiguous problem from initial investigation through a delivered solution and measurable results
• Comfortable partnering directly with engineering and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into product or workflow improvements
• Resourceful and self-directed: you seek out answers, test assumptions, and make progress independently while knowing when to ask for help
• Able to identify the underlying problem, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and break work into achievable steps
• A strong writer who can turn complex information into clear problem statements, product requirements, and concise updates
• Collaborative and thoughtful in how you work with others, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, explain tradeoffs, and say no when needed
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and processes are still being built
• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, research, and documentation, with sound judgment about validating outputs and taking responsibility for your work
• Motivated by hands-on execution and growing product ownership; a formal product management background or healthcare experience is not required
