Sr Construction Manager

Required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or fiber optic construction.
• Minimum 5 years in progressively responsible construction leadership, including experience directing Construction Managers, General Foremen, or equivalent leaders.
• Demonstrated delivery of large, complex mission-critical, commercial, or hyperscale data center work.
• Experience overseeing multiple crews, shifts, subcontractors, and concurrent work fronts or projects.
• Demonstrated responsibility for labor forecasting, productivity, schedule recovery, quality, and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead work from mobilization through acceptance and closeout.
• Technical Knowledge
• Advanced practical knowledge of ISP/OSP fiber, bulk deployment, splicing, testing, structured cabling, pathways, racks/cabinets, and cross-connects.
• Strong ability to interpret IFC drawings, construction sequences, technical standards, optical budgets, and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC, material planning, field change documentation, and customer turnover requirements.
