Serve as the first point of contact for business-facing support across Finance Product Area applications – triaging, researching, and resolving issues and questions from Finance, Treasury, and Investment Operations users.

Identify patterns in recurring support requests, manual workarounds, and data cleanup; quantify their cost (support volume, time spent, hours automated away), document root causes, and use those insights to influence prioritization with Product Managers.

Build, maintain, and continuously improve AI skills and agents that answer recurring business questions, research issues, and generate remediation steps, with appropriate human review before any data-changing action. Curate the knowledge base (Confluence pages, runbooks, system documentation) that powers these tools and enables self-service.

Coordinate cross-team data remediation, such as entity consolidation and downstream impact analysis, ensuring changes are validated by owning teams and communicated clearly.

Monitor data flows between integrated systems and partner with team members, handing off true production issues as clear, well-researched Jira stories.

Support UAT and regression testing for fixes and enhancements, leveraging AI to accelerate test planning and execution.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

2+ years of experience as a BA for custom development and/or vendor implementations.

Required: Demonstrated, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, ) to automate work – building prompts, skills, agents, or workflows that others rely on, not just casual use.

Experience in application or production support with a track record of eliminating recurring issues, not just resolving them.

Strong SQL and data analysis skills (including statistical analysis); comfortable investigating data across multiple systems and databases to find root causes.
