We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with our Account Executives and Customer Success team on new business and customer expansion. You will help prospects and customers find where their production process cannot keep up with their AI and personalization investments, and show how Stensul helps them meet that demand without compromising brand or compliance. You will be involved from discovery through designing the solution that meets each customer’s needs. You will develop and maintain deep knowledge of our product, integrations, and services, as well as our competitors. Building strong, trusted relationships with prospects, customers, and the revenue team will be key to your success in this role.

Effectively combine product & industry knowledge, competitive insights, and customer solution requirements to illuminate business outcomes

Support discovery that connects a priority marketing initiative to the production problem holding it back

Create and deliver clear, concise custom product demonstrations to potential clients and existing customers

Define and run proofs of concept scoped to what the customer needs to see to make a decision, with agreed success criteria

Assist in building business cases/ROIs to clearly show Stensul’s value to the organization

Accurately scope the product and services needed for customers to achieve their goals

Conduct knowledge transfers internally to ensure all teams at Stensul can provide the proper ongoing support and services

Maintain deep understanding of marketing clouds, marketing automation platforms, and the AI capabilities within them

Develop and lead internal enablement sessions on product, industry, and AI topics

Share patterns from customer conversations with Product to help identify and prioritize product enhancements.

Own RFPs and security assessments, and work with IT and security stakeholders on integration, data handling, and AI governance questions
