AbbVie The Senior Manager, Pricing at AbbVie leads pricing, contracting, and commercial strategies to drive profitable growth in Plastic Regenerative Medicine. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute pricing programs aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic pricing and contracting opportunities that support revenue growth and customer retention across the customer base.
Lead the development, negotiation support, and execution of customer-specific pricing and commercial strategies designed to maximize portfolio performance and profitability.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders across assigned customer organizations spanning multiple territories and regions.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers, providing performance insights, growth opportunities, competitive assessments, and action plans.
Monitor account performance against contract commitments, pricing programs, volume targets, and portfolio objectives.
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to track customer performance, identify trends, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of pricing initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer contract inquiries, pricing questions, escalations, and renewal discussions.
Evaluate market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer purchasing behaviors to recommend pricing and commercial optimization opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, contracting guidelines, and approval processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pricing, contract management, account management, sales operations, commercial strategy, or related business functions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related industries.
Knowledge of pricing strategy, contracting frameworks, customer segmentation, and profitability analysis.
Experience working with executive-level customer stakeholders and multi-site enterprise accounts.
MBA or other advanced business degree.
