AbbVie Clinical Account Executive (CAE) responsible for strategic leadership of their territory to improve patient outcomes and advance AbbVie's oncology brand objectives. The role involves building trusted partnerships and executing comprehensive territory business plans.

Responsibilities

SALES EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership. Preference for Oncology/Hematology experience
BUSINESS ACUMEN: Thinks strategically about customers, key accounts, and market dynamics to prioritize opportunities and maximize sustainable business impact across in-field teams

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.

Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Account Management experience in any industry
Specialty Pharmacy experience
