Rowan Data Engineer, Operations Analytics at Rowan builds and governs the data platform and pipelines on Azure and Databricks. The role ensures data reliability and supports analytics and AI use cases.
Responsibilities
Build and evolve data platform on Azure and Databricks including ingestion, storage, and curated layers
Govern workspace through Unity Catalog including catalog and schema design, permissions, lineage, and data classification
Own ingestion into Databricks from vendor partners and IT
Design, build, test, and monitor production pipelines for power, cooling, equipment, and monitoring data
Define and maintain reference data standards and data dictionary
