Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Specialist for Americas Strategics, you will serve as the expert commercial authority driving the transformation of enterprise data storage consumption across Everpure’s most vital strategic accounts. Operating with complete operational autonomy, you will architect multi-year, complex Evergreen//One subscription agreements that align customer operating models with long-term business value. You will partner directly with Strategic Account Executives and regional sales leaders to accelerate recurring revenue, while engaging customer C-suite executives to redefine how enterprise organizations consume modern storage infrastructure.
Architect, structure, and negotiate landmark, multi-year Evergreen subscription agreements across Fortune 500 accounts, solving advanced financial and commercial structures to maximize annual recurring revenue and client value.
Partner with Strategic Account Executives and Americas Sales Leadership to lead account-specific commercial strategy, driving adoption of strategic products across the Everpure Platform.
Engage directly with customer executive leadership—including CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs—to convey advanced financial models (OpEx/CapEx, consumption schedules) and establish Evergreen as their strategic architectural standard.
Serve as the strategic commercial advisor across cross-functional teams, partnering with Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to streamline non-standard approvals, while feeding critical market insights back to Product and GTM leadership.
Elevate organizational capability by developing repeatable sales plays and mentoring field teams across the Americas on advanced subscription mechanics and value positioning.
Proven mastery in enterprise subscription and consumption-based commercial sales, including deep fluency with complex financial deal mechanics (ARR, TCV, ACV, and consumption models).
Demonstrated track record of leading, structuring, and closing complex, high-value commercial transactions within Global 2000 or strategic enterprise accounts.
Advanced executive presence and persuasive communication skills, with extensive capability in building consensus among C-level decision-makers.
Strong cross-functional leadership and consultative acumen, with the ability to influence matrixed teams, align disparate stakeholders, and drive operational excellence without direct authority.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
