Strategic Transactions Lead

• You've personally closed complex, multi-party deals where the precedent didn't exist and the playbook is something you wrote.
• You've negotiated commercial terms against counterparties who don't share your urgency: utilities, EPCs, AHJs, design firms, customers.
• You quarterback across legal, finance, engineering, and operations without losing momentum, and you're the person other teams call when a deal is stuck.
• You write and speak clearly enough to distill a complex issue into a decision and a next step for a CEO, a counterparty, or a customer.
• Deal tracking, documentation, and process discipline are habits, not afterthoughts. You don't lose terms in the noise of a 20-thread deal.
• Bonus: Data center capacity deals (colo, powered shell, build-to-suit, wholesale, leases). AI infrastructure constraints. Utility and power market dynamics. EPC and design-firm contract structures.
