Establish standardized BIM execution plans and information exchange protocols for greenfield, expansion, retrofit, and capacity augmentation projects.
Maintain standardized data center model templates, equipment families, typical details, and reusable design components to support repeatable engineering and construction delivery.
Define model development, coordination, and information requirements for each project phase.
Establish minimum model quality, clash detection, issue resolution, and design coordination acceptance criteria.
Ensure engineering consultants, architects, contractors, and equipment vendors comply with company BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
