Business Development Representative

Required

• 1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR role preferred (or equivalent experience in a client-facing capacity).
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings
• Experience working with agencies, MR firms or other cross-channel sales motions a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of curiosity, resilience, and motivation to learn
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo.io, or similar sales engagement platforms
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
