Responsibilities
As Growth Marketing Lead at Garage, you'll play a critical role in driving our next phase of growth by testing and scaling new acquisition channels and building the growth marketing function. You'll own initiatives across partnerships, lifecycle, and more, building creative, scalable systems to acquire customers, grow our audience, and expand our marketplace.
We're looking for a resourceful, entrepreneurial marketer who knows how to turn creative ideas into measurable growth. You'll work closely with the founders and marketing team to build new growth engines from the ground up, experiment with unconventional strategies, and develop repeatable systems that scale with the business.
Experiment with new channels and creative growth strategies, collaborating across teams to build repeatable, cost-efficient acquisition engines.
Build strategic partnerships, creator programs, and customer advocacy initiatives that expand our reach and turn audiences into customers.
Own and scale organic growth channels, developing compelling content and strategies that drive customer acquisition.

Required
5+ years of experience in growth marketing at a high-growth company, with a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition channels.
You're a creative, analytical marketer with deep expertise in organic growth and a generalist mindset, capable of turning creative ideas into measurable results.
You're entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment.
