You'll play an important role in connecting our partner strategy with day-to-day execution, helping Agility scale thoughtfully while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Systems & Tools: Identify opportunities to improve the systems, tools, and infrastructure supporting partner operations, ensuring teams have the information and resources needed to operate effectively.
Partner Experience: Identify operational friction points across the partner journey and develop solutions that improve the experience for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Alliance Partnership & Management: Focus on developing, managing, and maintaining strategic partner relationships, alliance agreements, and shared growth opportunities; identify key areas of collaboration, define integrated service offerings and delivery methodologies, and shape joint marketing messaging.
Program Management: Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution, proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Use data, partner feedback, and operational insights to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and drive scalable solutions as Agility's business evolves.
Strategic Direction & Execution: Help set the direction and policies for partner-related sales activities, and manage the execution of strategic business plans for alliance success.
