Responsibilities
Identify and develop pipeline of M&A opportunities
Lead live M&A execution including modelling and due diligence
Build and maintain investor relationships
Develop investor materials and communicate strategy
Partner with Finance, Legal, Data Science, and CEO’s Office
Support fundraising and strategic finance initiatives

Required
10+ years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development, or an equivalent field.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Investment banking experience, including M&A and live deal execution.
Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to create clear, concise investment memos and financial models.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior management and external stakeholders.
A track record of operating as a self-starter, prioritising effectively, and managing a demanding workload.
A strong sense of accountability for delivering important outcomes.
Preferred
Experience in technology, financial services, and/or a high-growth environment.
