Nova Talent Director of Growth Marketing at Nova Talent leads marketing strategy, demand generation, paid media, and event strategy to drive funnel growth and pipeline. The role partners with the CMO and sales ops to scale the growth function and manage marketing operations.

Responsibilities

The Director of Growth Marketing owns the measurable half of our marketing plan: the funnel, the channels that fill it, and the events that feed it. You will partner with the CMO across strategy and planning, and scale a growth function that is already taking shape, with the CMO leading the build out of the team. This role has a broad scope, real budget, and direct influence on how we grow over the next two years.
Strategy and planning
Partner with the CMO on marketing strategy, annual planning and budget allocation across growth channels
Translate company and sales goals into a growth plan with clear targets, channel level KPIs and pipeline targets
Demand generation and paid media
Plan and run paid programs across LinkedIn, content syndication, paid search, programmatic retargeting and performance brand channels such as YouTube pre roll
Lead account based marketing against our targeted account list, coordinating channels and messaging so the right institutions see the right message
Take a test and learn approach to new channels, with a keen focus on measuring impact and moving spend toward highest impact channels
Funnel, measurement and Martech
Implement lead scoring and a broader attribution model in partnership with the CMO and commercial teams
Partner with Sales Ops on lead routing, and own quarterly reporting on marketing influenced pipeline and channel performance
Own the Martech stack and spearhead marketing automation rollout
